Allocation of Key Positions Based on Stringent Criteria
A highly transparent framework will be utilized in the appointment of principals and directors for government colleges, ensuring that only individuals with appropriate educational degrees and expertise are chosen for these positions.

As a result, qualified professionals will be appointed to lead the advancement of educational standards. The goal is to streamline the administrative structure of educational institutions, establishing a system that promotes transparency, accountability, and overall institutional progress.
